I found a great handbook from Imagine Canada titled: Project Evaluation Guide for Non-Profit Organizations. It has helped me to make sense of PE and the direction I need to go in my program evaluation design. The appendices in the document have graphic organizers for evaluation plans. I am a visual person that still likes planning with pencil and paper. Here is my program evaluation design using the template from Imagine Canada.
